Jeshuartes

Jeshuartes is an arts and craft workshop located in the suburbs of Cali, Colombia. Danilo de Jesus Ramirez, its owner, transforms wood into ornamental and utilitarian objects, which reflect Colombia and its traditions.
He needed an innovative, low-cost, and simple portfolio that could be used to promote his business. We designed a business card with a foldable sheet that on one side, showed some of his creations, and on the other, his biography, business information, mission, and vision.

This work is one of a series of projects developed for a Colombian NGO called: “Carvajal Foundation” (“Fundación Carvajal”). The main goal was to implement Visual Communications Design in several startups to improve their life quality. These businesses were located in high-risk zones (Ghettos) of Santiago de Cali and Buenaventura.
